The Malik Mentoring Program

What We're About

The Malik Mentoring program provides quality one on one mentoring for boys and girls in need of a second chance. The program is geared towards teens that are incarcerated and those living in the community.  The goal is to reduce recidivism by providing a foundation that will empower the teen to become a productive member of society.  The mentoring relationship is strengthened through weekly contact and assistance is provided in the following areas:

  • School Re-Entry (Traditional, Vocational and Trade) 
  • Substance Abuse Referrals 
  • Mental Health Referrals 
  • Transportation 
  • Court Ordered Community Service
  • Mentoring
  •  Job Training and Referrals
